WORKSHOPS & LECTURES

Michael lectures and holds workshops on various subjects related to the musical theater. His multimedia presentations cover subjects such as orchestrations for film and theater, the use of digital technology in contemporary musicals, composing music for the stage and advice for prospective Broadway musicians.

He has taught or lectured at Berklee College of Music, SUNY Oneonta, Bennington College, N.Y. University, the Eugene O’Neill Center, the National YoungArts Foundation, the Society of Composers & Lyricists, the Apple Store (Lincoln Center) and the Drama League.
